Terms & Conditions
By engaging Touch Pest Solutions ("the Company") for any service, the customer agrees to the following terms:
1. Service Warranty
Every service is backed by a written warranty for the period specified on the invoice. Free re-treatment within the warranty period is provided if the same pest issue recurs, subject to inspection.
2. Payment
Payment is due on completion of service unless a contract specifies otherwise. Accepted modes: cash, UPI, bank transfer.
3. Customer Responsibilities
The customer must provide clear access to the treatment area, disclose any allergies or health conditions, and follow post-treatment instructions provided by the technician.
4. Limitation of Liability
The Company is not liable for pre-existing damage to property, staining of untreated surfaces, or allergic reactions where instructions were not followed.
5. Cancellation
Bookings may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 2 hours before the scheduled visit.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
